1st Employer – Singapore (2011–2012)
▪ Joy worked for a Chinese Singaporean family with two children aged 8 and 12. She was the only helper in a 4-bedroom HDB with 2 toilets.
Her main responsibilities included:

▪ Preparing the children's food and school needs

▪ Bathing and dressing the 8-year-old

▪ Household chores: cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing, car washing

▪ Pet care: looking after 2 Shih Tzu dogs


2nd Employer – Singapore (2013)
▪ Joy worked for a Chinese-Malaysian family with two young children aged 2 years and 9 months. There were 2 helpers in a condominium with 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets.
Her duties included:

▪ Looking after both children: bathing, dressing, changing diapers

▪ Cleaning and ironing

▪ Her co-helper was mainly assigned to cooking and other chores, but they also rotated tasks and supported each other


3rd Employer – Singapore (2013–2017)
▪ Joy served a Chinese elderly couple for 4 years in a 4-bedroom HDB with 2 toilets. There were 2 helpers in the household.
Responsibilities:

▪ Took care of Ah Ma (80 years old) with severe dementia: feeding, bathing, giving medication, and accompanying her to daycare and medical checkups

▪ Assisted Ah Kong (84 years old) with mild dementia: daily exercise, park visits with wheelchair support

▪ Helped with household chores during her free time: cooking, laundry, ironing, and marketing


4th Employer – Singapore (2017–2024)
▪ Joy worked for 7 years with a Chinese Singaporean family (a couple and the employer’s elderly parents) in a 4-bedroom HDB with 2 toilets. She was the only helper.
Her duties included:

▪ Taking care of Ah Kong (bedridden, stage 4 kidney cancer) until his passing after one month

▪ Taking care of Ah Ma (colon cancer stage 2, cataract, pacemaker): assisting with her needs, medications, and follow-up checkups

▪ Household chores: cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing

▪ Pet care: taking care of one French Bulldog


5th Employer – Singapore (2024)
▪ Joy cared for an 18-month-old baby in a condominium with 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets. She was the only helper.
Main duties:

▪ Full-time childcare

▪ Household chores: cleaning, cooking, laundry


6th Employer – Singapore (2024–2025)
▪ Joy worked for a Chinese-Filipino family with 3 children aged 9 months, 3 years, and 5 years. She was the only helper in a 3-bedroom HDB with 3 toilets.
Responsibilities:

▪ Taking care of the children: preparing meals, bathing, dressing

▪ School drop-off and pick-up

▪ Carrying the 9-month-old baby while managing the school routine of the older children

▪ Household chores: cleaning, laundry, cooking
